Dafa Shuoshu Uploader is a private desktop tool operated by its owner, 大发说书 (Dafa Shuoshu), solely to publish the owner's own videos to the owner's own TikTok and YouTube accounts. It is not offered as a service to the public.
The tool is used only by the owner. No third party is granted access. The owner is responsible for all content published through it and confirms that all content is his own original work or is used with the rights holders' permission.
Publishing to TikTok is subject to the TikTok Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and TikTok for Developers Terms of Service. Publishing to YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms overrides those agreements.
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
The tool is provided as-is for the owner's own use, without warranties of any kind.
