Dafa Shuoshu Uploader ("the tool") is a private desktop application used only by its owner, the creator 大发说书 (Dafa Shuoshu), to publish his own videos to his own TikTok and YouTube accounts.
Only the owner. The tool is not offered to the public and has no other users.
Through the TikTok Content Posting API and Login Kit, and the YouTube Data API, the tool accesses only the owner's own accounts: it reads basic profile information (display name, avatar, account posting limits) in order to show which account a video will be published to, and it uploads video files, captions and settings chosen by the owner.
Only an OAuth access/refresh token for the owner's own accounts and a local log of which episodes have been published. Both are stored on the owner's own computer and are never transmitted anywhere except to TikTok's and Google's official APIs.
No data is collected from, sold to, or shared with any third party. The tool uses no cookies, analytics or advertising.
Stored data can be deleted at any time by deleting the local token and log files. Access can be revoked at any time in the TikTok app (Settings → Security → Manage app permissions) or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately invalidates the stored token.
Use of TikTok API services is subject to the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Privacy Policy. Use of Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
